A MORE EFFECTIVE MODEL FOR HCA DEVELOPMENT

Many HCA pathways are spread over months, creating gaps between theory and practice that can lead to skill decay and inconsistency. This programme uses an intensive two-week model where knowledge is taught, applied, coached, and assessed in a continuous, structured format—building skills progressively and reinforcing confidence.

Following the on-site training, delegates complete four weekly virtual competency check-ins to support consolidation, consistency, and ongoing development.

This CPD-accredited programme is designed to support individuals entering hearing care assistant roles, combining essential theory with practical, supervised training. It develops the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to support safe, effective patient care within clinical and private practice settings, aligned with recognised CPD standards and ongoing professional development.
